Whether Josh Goldberg remains on the planning and zoning commission, or, if

elected, serves on city council representing Ward 1, Goldberg should make a

pledge to Longmont residents that he will recuse himself from participating

in discussions or casting a vote on city matters, such as development

applications, variances, and changes to the land development code, that

pertain to or will benefit his employer Lefthand Brewing Company. Josh

Goldberg cannot serve two masters.
