I am happy to see that Indian Peaks Group of the Sierra Club endorsed Tim Waters. Waters is an excellent environmental candidate. He will also brings his experience in running a business and meeting budgets. Additionally, he has a strong history of volunteering for private and public organizations.
This combination of environmental dedication, plus experiences in both public and private sectors, and serving in positions where he was fiscally responsible for large budgets all contribute to his qualifications to serve on council. Longmont will be lucky to have this accomplished man represent us and guide us through the next few years as we fight the invasion of fracking, move to renewable energy, and consider needs of all our community members now and for the future.
