Katherine "Minnie" Medina 69, of Longmont, died August 30, 2017, at Cinnamon Park assisted living. A celebration of life will be held 1:00 p.m. Thursday, September 7, 2017, at Carroll-Lewellen Funeral Chapel. Cremation entrusted to Carroll-Lewellen Funeral Chapel.
