If you live in Colorado and receive a heating utility bill – we want to hear from you! Utility bills during the winter of 2023 were particularly high. Governor Polis directed the Public Utilities Commission (PUC) to take further steps to address energy bill affordability.

For the heating year of 2023-2024, the PUC introduced the pilot for the Utility Bill Help Program. This initiative referred qualified Coloradans who were denied Low-Income Energy Assistance.

By providing feedback, you can help us better understand the pain points and successes of utility programs in Colorado. All responses collected are confidential. Your input will help us make informed decisions for future regulations and initiatives.
