In-N-Out Burger recently submitted an early development application with the city of Longmont. The application indicates that the store will be located near Costco at the intersection of Ken Pratt Boulevard and Harvest Moon Drive.

The proposed Longmont location would be roughly 3,860 square feet with an additional 1,100 square feet of outdoor dining space that could accommodate roughly 112 guests.

The application indicates that the site would include a drive-through with enough space for 29 cars and onsite parking for 40 cars.

A neighborhood meeting for the development has been scheduled for March 14 at 6 p.m. virtually. The city invites residents to submit questions and comments via email at [email protected].
