On Thursday, Feb. 21, Wibby Brewing released the first beer of their new RIPL (Rotating IPL) Series.
The new beer is called Sir Citra-ness and is a yellow, medium-bodied, hoppy lager.
As part of its first limited can release, Wibby has made only 12 cases of Sir Citra-ness available. The beer can be purchased in the Wibby Brewing taproom, 209 Emery St., or in a few places within the Wibby Brewing distribution footprint along the Front Range.
The RIPL Series is Wibby's way of introducing unique types of India pale lagers to craft lovers.
"This series seems like a perfect way to celebrate the ever-evolving, deeply appreciative, craft beer culture throughout Colorado, which is widely regarded as the State of Craft Beer," said Tim Risk, co-founder and director of sales and marking for Wibby Brewing.
