Wibby Brewing has partnered with Odyssey Yoga to offer a FREE class to attendees every other Saturday! Come on in for some Vinyasa Flow yoga & enjoy a complimentary lager!

Amanda Ingalls will be the instructor for the first few months, leading you in a Vinyasa Flow class that is perfect for Saturday mornings.

Walk-ins only and please bring your own mat. Also bring your ID if you’ll be taking advantage of the free pint! Space is somewhat limited, it is recommended that you get there 10-15 minutes before the class starts.

Beginning Stone Carving for Adults, Saturday, April 14, 10 a.m. to noon. 

Firehouse Artist Member Janae Baumhover is teaching a stone sculpture course at the Firehouse! Learn how to carve stone (alabaster) for beginning students. You will learn the whole process of stone carving, from chisels to files and the finishing process. Students are encouraged and helped to created the style of work that interests them! Class demonstrations will accompany peaceful hours of working and connecting to the stone. No previous experience required! Tools are included, stone is addition cost. We will travel to alabaster supply on the day of the first class to purchase our stone. ($1.50 a lb)

We hope you’re ready for fun!! Our events proceed with a 45 minute goat yoga lesson and end with a 15min decompression for our guests & goats. The guests can pet the goats, hold the goats and just spend time loving the gift of these cute and innocent animals. This is also a great time for guests to capture their moments on camera. The guests want their friends to see there interaction on social media. This a great time to capture the moment!

New/Prospective Member Coffee, Saturday, April 14 10-11:30 a.m.

Join the League of Women Voters of Boulder County (LWVBC) this Saturday at Red Frog Coffee, located at 15 Ken Pratt Boulevard Suite 200, Longmont to meet the members of LWVBC and see what is going on in the LWVBC.

Things being discussed include: the new focus from LWVUS and LWVCO on Making Democracy Work for All! LWVCO Redistricting update, new LWVUS Mission/ Values/Vision statement, new LWVBC website challenges or whatever you’d like.

Buy a cup of coffee/tea at the counter and join the discussion.

Pottery Open Studio, Saturday, April 14 at 1-3 p.m.

The new pottery is up and running! Whether you’re a master potter or completely new to clay, come and join us for an afternoon of mud therapy! Whether you’re into hand-building, wheel-throwing, tile-making or just a nice shmooze, you’ll be welcome! At least one instructor will be on hand to help you if you need help or just want someone to share tea with.

We have plenty of tools on hand! Two Thomas Stewart wheels, a few toy wheels for the kids, a slab roller (requires certification before use), boatloads of hand-building tools, and of course, being a makerspace, we can custom-make pottery tools in wood, metal and 3D Print materials of all kinds.

Clay (earthenware and stoneware) will be available to purchase for $1/lb, or bring your own clay with you. We have a large selection of low-fire glazes, and some medium fire glazes for you to play with.

Children are welcome but they must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times.

Fees: $10 for members, $20 for non-members. Clay not included, but yes, please do use up our glazes!

Spring Break! Roller Derby Double Header. Saturday, April 14, 5-10 p.m.

Head on out to the Boulder County Fairgrounds to watch the Boulder County Bombers in a double header!

Doors open at 5.

6 pm BCB All Stars vs Crossroads City Derby

8 pm BCB Bombshells vs 10th Mountain Roller Dolls

This is a family friend event, and there will be craft beer and cocktails, as well as a concession stand.

Adult Drinking Spelling Bee, Saturday, April 14 6-8 p.m.

Join 300 Suns Brewing, located at 335 1st Ave, Unit C, Longmont, for an Adult Drinking Speeling Bee.

Here's how it works:

Spellers get a number and free beer (wine or cider) to give them courage. They are given a competitor number and they go up in order of their number. Miss a word and you are eliminated. Spellers who make it past round 3 will get an additional free drink reward. Words will be increasingly difficult as the rounds go on until one winner is left standing. Spellers can ask for definitions, language of origin, parts of speech or use in what may be a mildly off-color sentence

Painting Porty! Sunday, April 15 from 3-5 p.m. at Grossen Bart Brewery. 

Jules will be leading this painting porty! Only $25 per person - price includes a pint of beer and all materials to create your own painting. (Creativity will be encouraged...paint with the class or do your own thing!)

Chair Massage w/Taryn Pinson, Sunday, April 15 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m at St. Vrain Cidery.

St. Vrain Cidery will host Taryn Pinson. She is a Certified, Licensed, and Insured Massage Therapist, with over 600 hours of training.
