With his gritty, raw voice and resonator guitar, Hunter Stone has spent the last years crafting his own style of folk-blues. His songwriting echoes the simple melodic beauty of folk music of the past and his lyrical content paints pictures of the world we see around us. "(Stone) has the singer-songwriter vibe when things get soft, but when his smoky voice raises, it echoes in your heartstrings with some major force," said Hannah Oreskovich, of BolderBeat.com. Stone kicks things up with the stomp of a foot drum and the bent notes of a pinky slide, bringing his lyrics to life with the emotional honesty of his voice.

Augustus

“Many may try to harken back to the heyday of rock and roll, but few pull it off as authentically as Augustus. " - Sun News, 9/17. From their humble acoustic beginnings in 2014, to their current status as a full time touring indie rock band, the 4pc Boulder based Augustus continues to push the boundaries while delivering honest, original songs.

Since turning heads at SXSW 2017, the band has crisscrossed the country playing both coasts and Canada. The genre-bending indie rockers have released a steady stream of critically acclaimed music, licensed songs to MTV, E!, and the Discovery Channel, and dropped their much anticipated 4th studio record ‘Idle’ Fall 2018.

Their last time through Seattle, Northwest Music Scene said “Their sound has evolved with new sophisticated arrangements and unpredictable power since their start in 2013.” - 7/18. And Cosmic Clash called their latest single “mesmerizing.” 10/18

The band kicked off 2019 with a West Coast tour, a new live single, and a sold out performance in Denver supporting Futurebirds. With more national tours scheduled for the year and new music to be released, Augustus shows no signs of slowing down.
