Friday, August 2

Boulder County Fair

  • Time: August 2-11
  • Location: Boulder County Fairgrounds, 9595 Nelson Rd. Longmont

The Boulder County Fair is the oldest fair in Colorado. The Fair will be celebrating its 150th anniversary August 2-11. Come to the fair as many times as you like since there is no charge for parking or gate admission. We offer many free activities for kids with a petting farm, music, and fun educational experiences. There are 4-H & FFA youth with their animals. Join us and eat to your heart's content, with fun fair food, a Farm to Table dinner, or Craft Distillery Festival. Take a spin on our carnival rides that are sure to thrill and enjoy nightly bands, rodeos, and entertainment!

Ohana Eats Food Truck

  • Time: 5-8 p.m.
  • Location: 350 Terry St., Longmont

Family owned and operated food trailer with a combined 15 years of experience in fine dining restaurants. We are a community supported meaning we only work with local businesses, farms, and artisans; running a diner style menu that reflects our cooking career and Cuban and Korean heritage that will always be evolving.

Meet the Brewer Night with 4 Noses Brewing

  • Time: 6:30-8 p.m.
  • Location: Brewmented 900 South Hover, Unit C, Longmont

August's Meet the Brewer Night is with 4 Noses Brewing Company and their brewer, Brandon Boldt. This event includes a mini-tap takeover of four 4 Noses beers. We’ll hand out free samples while Brandon talks more about the brewery and each beer. We’ll also be raffling off some swag!

The beers we'll be pouring are:
- Mountain Wave - American Mosaic Ale
- Apricot Velvet - Milkshake IPA
- Liquid Confidential - Imperial NE IPA
- Into The Tropics - Passion Fruit NE IPA

Saturday, August 3

Boulder County Fair Parade

  • Time: 10-12 a.m.
  • Location: Main St. Longmont

The Kiwanis Club contracts with Boulder County Fair to plan, organize, and manage the Annual Fair Parade.

The Parade will leave Roosevelt Park on 8th Avenue and goes south on Main to 3rd Ave, turns west on 3rd Ave to Coffman, goes north on Coffman back to Roosevelt Park.

Grand Opening - Scratch Kitchen

  • Time: 12-10 p.m.
  • Location: 300 Suns Brewing, 335 1st Ave. Unit C

It's happening! Join us for the Grand Opening of Scratch Kitchen INSIDE 300 Suns with an expanded menu featuring your favorites from the food truck (Bacon, Onion Jam Burger - yes please) with new dishes and specials from Chef Nate (POUTINE!!!). Come indulge your inner Longmonster with the perfect match of craft food and craft beer. We can't wait!!!! (One stop service for both food and drink!)

Boulder County Craft Distillers Fest 2019

A plethora of Colorado Craft Distillers, food trucks, live music and entertainment at the 150th Boulder County Fair. 5-8 pm

Mac's Place Diner Closing

  • Time: 2-5 p.m.
  • Location: Mac's Place 1640 Pace St. Unit 400

After 6 and a half years at this location, we've decided to move!! r last day of service will be Sat Aug 3rd. Watch for updates on the move and re-opening!! Lots of great additions plus all the sweet cream pancakes you can imagine!

Colorado Latino Festival 2019

  • Location: Boulder Bandshell, 1212 Canyon Blvd., Boulder
