Start the new year off right with a healthy Mustard Marinated Salmon and vegetable pan roast served with a quick Arugula and Spinach Salad. Finish with a sweet stuffed date, lightly roasted in your hot oven all at Kitchen Company this Friday.

Colorado Cider Co. Tap Takeover, Friday, January 18, 2019, 5 p.m.

Join St. Vrain Cidery and their friends at Colorado Cider Company for a special limited release small-batch tap takeover at our Longmont taproom. These limited release small-batch ciders feature wild fermentation and barrel aging for some added funk. Sip some special cider, chat with some peeps from Colorado Cider Co., and score some requisite swag. Don't miss this.

Cantabile: 30 Years and Counting, Friday, January 18, 2019, 2:30 p.m.

The ensemble has been performing for 30 years. This concert celebrates the music that made Cantabile the choir they are today, and includes some new pieces that send them optimistically into the years ahead. So check them out at the Longmont Museum this weekend.

Liquid Light Yoga, Friday, January 18, 2019, 6 p.m.

Local Longmont artist ANDO is back with his psychedelic liquid light show while experienced Yoga instructor and Verve Movement Studio owner Jordan Metzler provides some all-levels flowing Yoga goodness. Bring your favorite Yoga mat if you have one, or use one of theirs.

The Strange Parade and Soul Sacrifice, Friday, January 18, 2019, 7 p.m.

Longmont Symphony Presents Family Concert, Saturday, January 19 at 4 p.m.

A live symphonic concert for kids of all ages. This year's concert designed to not inspire but to move you with a variety of emotion. This annual concert is an hour long and will feature two world premiere pieces.

In this 2 hour workshop, local artist, Susan White at CoSolve will teach your kiddos how to fold three different origami structures. With lots of different colors and patterns of paper offered, your child can bring home their origami and some new skills.
