Since 1994, The Longmont Community Foundation has impacted the St. Vrain Valley through philanthropy and charitable leadership. Each year, the Community Foundation provides grants to nonprofits that help our community thrive.

Live and Give Longmont Day was founded in 2016 as a way to celebrate the community and residents who came together to help one another during the floods of 2013.

For the 2018 Live and Give Longmont Day, the Community Foundation is celebrating that spirit and encourages residents to contribute to projects that impact our community (a full listing of projects to support will be on the Community Foundation’s website prior to the day).

Eric Hozempa, Executive Director, Matt Zavala, Board President, Dale Bernard, Vice President, Sonia Marrero, Secretary, Sam Napp, Treasurer, and Roy White, Immediate Past President, attended the Council meeting to accept this proclamation.
