Smokin Bowls to Open April 2019

Smokin Bowls Restaurant, located at 449 Main Street, Longmont, will be opening April 25, 2019.

The menu for Smokin Bowls has yet to be finalized, however, the theme of the menu is fast, fresh casual food. They will also serve some beer and wine.

In addition to serving food in the restaurant, the Gafners plan to offer catering services as well.

Sean and Rebecca Gafner are the owners of The Roost and Jefes and are now opening a third Main Street restaurant. The couple feel as though this store will fill a gap in the Longmont restaurant business.

The Gafner's promise that it will be "Smokin Fast, Smokin Fresh, have some Smokin Meats, and sometimes Smokin Hot." Basically, they want it to be "Smokin Fun."
