On Wednesday, August 14, Colorado Rising and Our Longmont held a press conference at the Colorado State Capitol building.
The videos include the entire press conference at the Capitol.
Jonathan Singer spoke in support of the legal action being taken by this group.
Marcia Martin later commented, "I am sure the Longmont residents who worked so hard in 2011-2012 to achieve Longmont's ban will get great satisfaction if their effort now leads to good precedents being set in conjunction with HB19-181. At present, Longmont is not at risk for any surface activity by the Oil and Gas Industry within its city limits."
