Dining at Samples: 5-10 p.m.
Samples has planned a 5 course menu, seen below. Reservations fill fast, so book today.
- 1st Course Champagne Cheese Fondue
Served with charred Sourdough bread cubes & pear slices
- 2nd Course Kobe Beef Tartare
Traditionally marinated and then minced raw kobe beef served with capers, pickled red onions, whole grain mustard, quail egg yolk & seeds n’ beer lavosh
- 3rd Course Oysters Rockefeller
Oysters in the shell filled with Chef’s twist on the classic rockefeller filling then baked on top of rock salt to perfection served with a charred lemon
- 4th Course Chimichurri Hanger Steak
Grilled then sliced and served with a fresh balsamic chimichurri with an arugula salad & chef’s seasoned house cut fries
- 5th Course Rum Ball Truffle Pops
House made fudge brownie batter soaked with Longtucky white rum and then rolled in chocolate sprinkles and then dusted with spiced cocoa powder

Restorative Cider Yoga with Kevin Flynn: 10-11 a.m. @ St. Vrain Cidery
Bring: Water bottle, yoga mat*, yoga blanket (optional), and an open mind. *A limited number of loaner mats are available via Kevin, email to reserve.
Cost: $8/person (includes a 4oz pour of cider after the class for 21+. all ages welcome to class)

Bootstrap LOCO Ukulele Band: 2-4 p.m. @ Bootstrap Brewing
Whether you want to learn how to play the Ukulele or already do and want to join the fun, wipe off your uke and join in- it’s blast! Host Brian Rezac has extras you can borrow. Or, just come enjoy a beer and watch. All ages and levels welcome
Bling in the New Year 2018 @ The Plaza Convention Center, 8 p.m. - 1:30 a.m.
The Plaza Convention Center, along with Best Western Hotel, Left Hand Brewery, Longtucky Distillery and others are teaming up for the forth annual New Year's Party. The party will feature the high energy all-girl rock band, Chaotic Serenity. There is not a dress code but you are required to have fun! Breaker's Grill New Year's Eve Party @ Breaker's Grill from 9 p.m. - 2 a.m.
DJ Dance “DJ Dizzy-D”, with KS107.5, will provide the music. There are prize giveaways including a Las Vegas Trip for two. There will be drink specials, free Champagne toast and party favors and free game room. There is a cover charge at the door.

NOLA NYE Bash @ Oskar Blues Homemade Liquids and Solids from 9 p.m. - 12 a.m.
It's party time people! Costumes are highly encouraged for this NOLA themed NYE bash!
Featuring Cajun favorites such as Jambalaya, Gumbo, Boudin Balls, Oysters, Crawfish Etoufee plus red beans & rice, plus Beignets! Menu will be offered from 5-11 p.m. Late night happy hour menu offered until midnight. Drink Specials on Hurricanes, Sazerac, and beer from Abita Brewing.
Doors will close for the event at 9 pm. Cover charge will be $20 and this covers music, entertainment, your first CORE OB BEER, house wine or well drink, party favors and midnight champagne toast.

New Year's Yoga Eve @ Odyssey Yoga from 9:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.
Write out your resolutions and have them mailed back to you later in the year. Countdown to the New Year with champagne and sparkling cider. Join Odyssey staff for an hour long vinyasa. Enjoy snacks, beverages, friends, and activities. Enter into a drawing for prizes.
