With Longmont Restaurant Week starting this Friday, March 29, the Longmont Observer will be publishing previews of participating restaurants' menus.

Marsha Clarke, owner of Subworks Deli, invited the Longmont Observer to preview some items from the menu and to answer a few questions.

Why did you select these items as part of the Longmont Restaurant Week menu?

For our Longmont deal we are doing two ten-inch subs for $18.71. All of the subs are included in this menu.

What is your favorite item on Subwork’s standard menu?

My favorite on the menu is probably the meatball. We make those here in-store fresh.

What is your favorite restaurant in Longmont?

Sushi Haha on Main Street.

Hearty Italian Sub filled with maple-glazed honey ham, Genoa salami, Pepperoni, Provolone & Italian seasonings (plus works)
In-house fresh Meatball Sub with homemade Italian meatballs in Marinara sauce topped with Provolone, parmesan & Italian Seasonings with garlic butter bread.
