Because of a weather forecast that includes chilly temps and possible rain, the Longmont Public Library and Longmont Recreation Department have made the mutual decision to cancel the Library's annual Summer Reading Program Kickoff Party, scheduled for 5 to 8 pm tomorrow, Thursday, May 23 at Sunset Pool.
Registration for the Library's Summer Reading Program and many summer programs for children and teens will still open at 10 am on Thursday, May 23. Those interested may register in person or online.
