Intercambio is a nonprofit organization with the mission, "to improve immigrant lives through English education, and unite communities across cultures."
On March 22, Intercambio is hosting a communications team event. The goal of the event is to allow non-English speakers a chance to practice their skills with native English speakers. English speaking volunteers are encouraged to participate.

The communication team event will be held at 1715 Iron Horse Dr Suite 130, Longmont. Two sessions are available, 10 a.m.-noon and 6-8 p.m.
What can you expect? Volunteers are partnered with a non-native English speaking students. In a few minutes, get trained to have a meaningful dialogue and provide a comfortable space for adult students to practice conversational English. Then you are asked to hold a conversation with the student. The topic can be on anything. Just meet the person and talk. During the conversation you are asked to assist the student with their English. It's that easy.
