With Longmont Restaurant Week starting this Friday, April 20th, the Longmont Observer will be publishing previews of the $18.71 menu.
Tiffany Papa, general manager at Fuzzy's Taco Shop in Longmont, invited the Longmont Observer to preview the menu as well as answer a few questions.
Why did you select these items as part of the Longmont Restaurant Week menu?
We wanted to show our value, because value is what we are known for. People think of Fuzzy’s Taco Shop for the fun drinks. We wanted to put together a quality two person menu that included craft beer.
