May ArtWalk Cancelled

ArtWalk is a celebration of art in our community, but it also showcases what Longmont has to offer in music, business, and performance, while highlighting the important work of nonprofits in the area.

It is with a heavy heart that we must announce the cancellation of our May ArtWalk. ArtWalk is a celebration of art in our community, but it also showcases what Longmont has to offer in music, business, and performance, while highlighting the important work of nonprofits in the area. We did not make the decision to cancel lightly, but we know it is for the best. We all must do what we can for the safety of our community.

As events, concert halls, theaters and museums go dark, we need to make sure we continue supporting the arts however we can. Artists in our community may rely on festivals for income, much like musicians rely on live performances. If you are in a position to, please consider donating to your favorite artist, or arts organization. It is only with the support of the community that we can we keep our cultural identity strong during this time of crisis.

Our doors remain closed currently, but we are offering livestream art classes, writer's workshops and gallery tours. We hope to see you in the Virtual Gallery soon, and thank you for your continued support!
