Chief Mike Butler talks with Sergio Angeles of the Longmont Observer about a video, recently published on Facebook by the Longmont Matters Radio Show folks (embedded below), that tours a building that's being used by homeless people and was littered with trash and paraphernalia.
Chief Butler also discussed in more general terms the homeless problem in Longmont along with his take on programs like the Angel Initiative and solutions such as, possibly, making homeless services available only to people that are willing to work in exchange for those services.
