Shakeel Dalal of the Longmont Observer recently interviewed Marta Loachamin, who is running to replace Deb Gardner on the Board of County Commissioners of Boulder County.

In the interview, Marta makes the case for her candidacy and her work on making housing accessible and affordable to all of Longmont’s residence. They also discussed Marta’s involvement in Longmont’s recovery from the 2013 flood and her involvement in Resiliency for All, a city and county initiative to investigate and propose solutions to diminished accessibility of recovery resources among Longmont’s Latinx population.
