On June 18, 2018, Longmont Fire and Police responded to a fire at the Longmont Target location.
After an investigation, the fire was determined to be arson and the suspect was not caught.
An arrest warrant was later issued for Nathan H. Cordick.
Cordick was located and arrested with the assistance of personnel from Guilford County Sheriff Department in North Carolina.
Cordick is facing charges of Criminal Mischief > $1,000,000, First Degree
