On Jan. 6, Longmont Public Library is hosting a new program, "Book & Film Tasting." This program is designed to help patrons discover new books and films offered by the library.

The library will set up tables adorned with books and films from different genres, similar to "cafe tables" at a small food tasting event.

Patrons will be served by a "waiter," played by a librarian, who will assist in choosing new titles, answer questions and even suggest titles.

No registration is required to attend this event.

Self-Defense Class at Dark Horse Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Longmont
