Gleen Richard Farwell drove away from Longs Peak Hospital on Sunday, Feb. 24 around 8:21 p.m.
Farwell is reported to have Alzheimer's and is insulin-dependent. According to the missing
Farwell does not have any friends or family in the Longmont area and his wife states that she has "no idea where he might go."
When seen last he was wearing an orange, hooded coat
Farwell is 72 years-old with grey hair and brown eyes.
