Longmont's Fresh Start event allowed for 35 warrants to be resolved.

District Attorney Michael Dougherty stated, “Eligible individuals left the courthouse with a true sense of relief and an opportunity to get back on the right track. Fresh Start allows individuals a unique opportunity and, at the same time, saves taxpayer dollars. It was wonderful to have every part of the criminal justice system coming together to hold this innovative program. I am very grateful to the staff who gave up their Saturday to be a part of it and I appreciate the trust that the community members placed in us.”
