Longmont City Council approved a new lease agreement for Hangar H-18a at the Vance Brand Municipal Airport.
The vote terminated the former lease agreement that was made with Gary Townsend and it created a new lease with Chad Brinkhoff.
The premises of Hangar H-18a is 3,510 square feet, and the term of the new lease will be 20 years at a lease rate of $1,255.18 annually.
The base annual lease rate is created by taking the square footage of the hangar premises and multiplying it by $0.3576.
