F45, short for Functional 45, is a new high-intensity circuit training philosophy that will soon open right here in Longmont, CO. Essentially it’s personal training in a group format. With its beginnings in Australia as a corporate fitness program, F45 is a franchise model that now has seven locations across Colorado. Loaded with technology, the F45 locations can evolve and change as needed to meet the needs of their members.
Sara Martin is the owner of F45 Longmont, to be located at 900 South Hover in Suite D, next to the bakery. Construction of the renovation began in early March and they are targeting to be open by the end of June. They have sponsored a few Saturday morning group workouts at Left Hand Creek Park in Longmont.
Owner Sara Martin is very passionate about F45 and super motivated to help you make the fitness gains that you have always dreamed of.
