Longmont City Council reviewed the first reading of the second appropriations ordinance for 2019.

If passed during the second reading, this ordinance would appropriate an additional $4,873,156 in seven funds, including:

  • General Fund
  • Water Fund
  • Storm Drainage Fund
  • Police Prevention/Education Fund
  • Youth Services Fund
  • Open Space Fund
  • Public Safety Fund.

This would bring the 2019 City of Longmont budget to $401,384,853.

The second reading for the ordinance is set for March, 19, 2019.
