Caldwell Tiny Homes held a ribbon cutting on Tuesday, November 7, 2017, to celebrate joining the Longmont Area Chamber of Commerce (LACC).

Chris McGilvray, a Board of Director of the LACC, presented Ken Caldwell, Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Caldwell Tiny Homes, with a plaque to commemorate the ribbon cutting.

"I came up here a couple of years ago, fell in love with Longmont, and got involved in many different things. I kinda did a major pivot with my career and here this year started, with my brother, building tiny homes in our facility in Texas," said Ken Caldwell

Caldwell said during the ribbon cutting that the tiny home on display "was designed for the front range" and that "it meets Boulder County building codes."

Caldwell Tiny Homes' main office and manufacturing facility are in Conroe, Texas, and their Rocky Mountain Sales Office is located at 9155 Rogers Rd in Longmont. For more information, please visit their website.
