During the January 24, 2018, school board meeting, the St. Vrain Valley School Board unanimously voted to approve Change Order 3, which will alter the contract with Arlun, Inc. who won the district-wide bid to refinish gym floors.
While the current contract is for $108,875, Change Order 3 increases the contract value to $191,666 including contingency. Funding for this increase is available in the school district's Capital Reserve budget.
The refinishing project spans a two-year time frame.
