THEFT

On 10/17/17, a Longmont resident in the 1400 block of Renaissance Dr., reported a theft of packages. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information.

THEFT

On 10/14/17, a Longmont resident in the 2000 block of Main St., reported a theft of a bicycle. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information.

THEFT

On Friday, October 13th, 2017, Longmont officers took a theft report from the 1500 block of Ervine. A vehicle was entered and stolen from. Case is closed due to lack of suspect info.

WARRANT ARREST

On Saturday, October 14th, 2017, Longmont officers responded to the 400 block of Main St. for a disturbance. One adult male was taken into custody on a warrant. Case cleared by arrest.

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont woman was bitten by a loose dog at 8th and Emery St. The dog was placed under quarantine. The owner was issued a summons for an Aggressive Animal and the party who had control of the dog at the time of the incident was issued for Restraint and Control.

SEX ASSAULT

On Saturday, 10/14/2017, at approximately 1341 hours, officers responded to a report of a sex assault that occurred in the 600 block of Peck Dr. This case is under investigation.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Saturday, 10/14/17, at approximately 1548 hours, officers were dispatched to the 1700 block of Sunset St. on a protection order violation. An adult male was arrested and transported to the Boulder County Jail. This case is cleared by arrest.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Saturday, October 14, 2017, Longmont Police investigated a criminal mischief incident. The juvenile suspect was identified by a witness and later located and arrested by police. This case is cleared by arrest.

MISSING PERSON

On Saturday, October 14, 2017, at approximately 1645 hours, the Longmont Police Department received a report of a missing person from the 2100 block of Redfield Cir. Proper protocol was taken and this case is closed.

TRESPASS

On 10/14/2017, at approximately 1730 hours officers were dispatched to a disturbance in the 500 Block of Main Street at the Winchell's store. Officers contacted a 31 year old female that was disrobing inside the store and had previously been trespassed from the location. A summons was issued and the female was transported to the hospital for a medical evaluation. Case closed.

ASSAULT

On Saturday, October 14, 2017, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 300 Block of Coffman St. on report of an assault. Two adult males were contacted. One adult male was taken into custody. This case is cleared by arrest.

SHOPLIFT

On 10/12/17, at 1739 hours, Lonmont Police officers responded to the 1200 block of S. Hover St. on a report of a shoplift in progress. The case was cleared with a summons issued.

DEATH

On 10/13/17, Longmont Police responded to the 1300 block of S. Pratt Pkwy reference a deceased adult female. The incident was investigated and referred to the Coroner.

DISTURBANCE

On Friday, 10/13/17, at about 1600 hours, officers with the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1800 block of 11th Ave., Longmont, CO for the report of an assault. The individuals were juveniles. The suspect was later released on a summons. Case closed.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On October 14th, 2017, officer took a phone report of a possible harassment case in the 400 block of Parkside Drive. This case is open pending investigation.

DUI

On Friday, 10/13/17, at approximately 2204 hours, Longmont Police conducted a traffic stop near Nelson Rd. and Gooseberry Dr. An adult male was arrested for DUI and was transported to the Longmont PD for testing and processing.

HARASSMENT

On 10-13-17, an adult male resident of Longmont received a harassing message via social media from an unknown person. The message was sent using the social media page of a person known to the victim, but the victim did not believe the message was sent by the known male. The victim requested a report only. The matter is closed.

DUI

On Saturday, 10/14/17, at approximately 0054 hours, Longmont Police conducted a traffic stop on 3rd Ave near Emery St. An adult female subject was arrested for DUI and was later transported to the LPD for testing. Case cleared by arrest.

BURGLARY

On 10/14/2017 Longmont Police responded to the 1800 block of Hover St. to the report of a burglary of a business. A report was taken and the case is closed with no suspects or leads to follow up on.

MENACING

On 10/14/2017, at approximately 1230 hours officers were dispatched a cold menacing located in the area of 3rd Ave and Martin Streets. A 34 year old male stated around 0500 hours he was assaulted by 2 unidentified males with baseball bats. An investigation is ongoing. Case Open.

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont woman reported an incident between her dogs and another party walking her dog off leash.
