Police Report: June 4, 2018

ROBBERY On Sunday, June 03 2018, Longmont Police responded to the 1700 block of Main St. in reference to a report of a robbery. A 31 year old male reported he was assaulted and the suspect took his wallet and phone. The case is open.

ROBBERY

On Sunday, June 03 2018, Longmont Police responded to the 1700 block of Main St. in reference to a report of a robbery. A 31 year old male reported he was assaulted and the suspect took his wallet and phone. The case is open.

AUTO THEFT

On June 4, 2018, the Longmont Police Department responded to an auto theft in the 2000 block of Meadow Drive. This case is closed.

DRUG VIOLATION

On 06/04/2018, Longmont Police responded to the 600 block of Main St. regarding a welfare check. Police responded and arrested one individual on a narcotics violation. The case is cleared by arrest.

DEATH

On 6/2/2018 the Longmont Police Department was notified of an eleven-month-old child that passed away in Children's Hospital. This case is open until the Coroner's Office rules on the death, however, there were no suspicious observations.

THEFT

On June 04, 2018 a theft report was received from the 500 block of South Hover Street. An adult male reported the theft of two watches. There is no suspect information. Case closed.

SEX ASSAULT

On 06/04/2018 around 1445 hours officers were dispatched to a cold sex assault located at LCTC in the 200 block of Main Street. A report was taken related to two male clients where unlawful sexual contact may have been made. No evidence was discovered to validate the claim. Case closed.

WARRANT ARREST

On Monday, June 4, 2018, Police contacted a female during a trespass investigation. The female gave a false name in an attempt to cover up an active warrant. She was arrested and transported to jail.

FRAUD

On June 04, 2018 a fraud report was received from the 1000 block of South Hover. An adult male reported check fraud. Case is under investigation.

ASSAULT

On 06/04/2018, at approximately 1623 hours, Longmont Police responded to the 1900 block of Mountain View Ave, an address in the City of Longmont, County of Boulder, and State of Colorado reference a cold assault. A report was taken, however the allegations have been unfounded.

SHOPLIFT

On June 4, 2018 Longmont Police responded to the 500 Blk of S Hover St on a shoplift call. One juvenile female was referred to the Longmont Community Justice Program (LCJP).

TRESPASS

On 060318, officers invesatigated a trespass in the 000 block of Martinez Pl. Case is cleared exceptionally as the city prosecutor decline prosecution on the case.

SHOPLIFT

On 06/03/2018 around 1530 hours officers were dispatched to a cold theft from the Sprint store in the 1000 blk of Hover Street. 3 unidentified males came into the store, using wire cutters removed 8 phones and left the store. A report was filed and forwarded to detectives. Case open.

THEFT

On Sunday, June 3, 2018, Longmont Police took a report of a theft in the 2500 block of Main St. An unidentified male is supect. Case closed.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 060318 the Longmont Police Department investigated a domestic which occurred in the 200 block of Main Street. A 39 year old male assaulted a 33 year old female and an 8 year old child. The male was arrested and transported to the Boulder County Jail on charges of Assault, Domestic Violence, and Child Abuse. Cleared by arrest.

WELFARE CHECK

On Sunday, 06/03/18 at approximately 2220 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to a welfare check in the 1700 block of Atwood St. A juvenile female was contacted, placed into protective custody, and transported to the hospital. Case closed.

THEFT

On June 3rd, 2018, Officers took a report of a theft of a bicycle that occurred in the 200 BLK of South Main Street. Due to lack of suspect information, this case will be closed.

TRESPASS

On 060418 the Longmont Police Department responded to the 2200 block of E Ken Pratt Boulevard on a trespassing. A 38 year old male was fondling women's underwear in a store. The male was contacted and arrested on unrelated warrants. This report was taken for informational purposes. Case closed.

AUTO THEFT

On Monday June 4, 2018 at approximately 0805 hours an officer was dispatched to the 300 block of 17th Ave reference a suspicious vehicle. The owner of the vehicle was contacted and it was determined the vehicle had been stolen over night. The case is closed due to no workable leads.

DISTURBANCE

June 4, 2018 Longmont Police investigated a family disturbance in the 1400 block of Coffman St. The victim is choosing to not press charges at this time so the case is closed.

WELFARE CHECK

On 060418, officers responded to an address in the 1700 block of Antero Dr on a welfare check. Case is open pending further investigation.

ASSIST

On June 4, 2018 Longmont Police assisted a woman in the lobby of the police department with safety questions regarding some family issues. This report is for informational purposes only.

ATTEMPT TO LOCATE

On June 4, 2018 Longmont Police arrested an adult male in the 200 Blk of Kimbark St for a municipal warrant. The adult male was able to pay bond and was released with a new court date.

DISTURBANCE

On Monday, June 4, 2018, Longmont Police Department responded to the 900 block of Sunset St. on a report of a disturnance. An adult female is supect. Case Open.
