Hi we are Lucy Scott, Kate Eggen, and Maya Amidon from the Silver Creek Leadership Academy. For our Mini-Capstone project we are running an iPod drive throughout November at Silver Creek High School and Altona Middle School.
We are working with the Music & Memory organization to help people who suffer from Alzheimer's to find renewed meaning and connection in their lives through personalized music. This music taps into deep memories that have not been completely lost to Alzheimer's, bringing participants back to life and enabling them to feel like themselves again!
