Longmont Police Report: Oct. 4, 2019

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS A Longmont, CO resident in the 200 block of Lincoln Street reported a theft from his vehicle. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF On 10/3/19 Police responded to the area of Mountain View / Lanyon reference a criminal mischief.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

A Longmont, CO resident in the 200 block of Lincoln Street reported a theft from his vehicle. 

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On 10/3/19 Police responded to the area of Mountain View / Lanyon reference a criminal mischief. This case is currently under investigation. 

SHOPLIFT

On 10/03/2019 the Longmont Police Department responded to Walmart, 2514 Main St., reference two shoplifters in custody. Upon arrival Officers found an adult female and a juvenile male had been detained after they concealed items of value, and attempted to leave the store without paying for said items. Both parties were taken into custody without incident. The female was transported to the Boulder County Jail, and the juvenile was summonsed and released to a responsible party. 

LOST PROPERTY

On March 22, 2019 Officers were dispatched to the 800 block of Main Street in reference to lost property. This case was documented for informational purposes only. Case closed. 

ASSAULT

On Tuesday, October 1, 2019, officers responded to the 200 block of Kimbark in response to an assault. A report was taken and the case is currently open. 

SHOPLIFT

An employee of a Longmont, CO business located in the 2500 block of Main Street reported a theft of merchandise. 

SHOPLIFT

On Wednesday, 10/02/2019 Longmont Police Officers responded to the area of S Hover St and Clover Basin Dr in reference to a possible shoplift in progress. Two adult females were contacted and later arrested without incident. Case Closed. 

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On 10/03/2019 Longmont Police responded to the area of Anniversary Ln and Centennial Dr on a report of a vehicle break-in. Upon arrival, Officers located a sedan with a smashed window. The owner of the vehicle advised a backpack was stolen from the vehicle which contained a laptop, and other items. At this time there is no suspect information. 

PROTECTION ORDER

On 10/03/2019, at approximately 0059 hours, officers were dispatched to a possible protection order violation in the 400 block of Atwood St, City of Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado. 

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Thursday 10-03-19, Longmont Police investigated an arson to a public bathroom in the 1200 blk of Grandview Meadows Dr. There is currently no suspect information. 

THEFT

An employee of a Longmont, CO business located in the 00 block of Main Street reported a theft. 

VICIOUS DOG

On 10/2/19, a woman was bitten by her roommate's dog. The woman was treated and released and the dog has been quarantined. 

ASSIST

Officers responded to the 1000 block of Button Rock Dr on a juvenile problem. Following an investigation, a juvenile male was taken into protective custody and transported to Longs Peak Hospital. 

THEFT

On Thursday, 10/03/19, a report was taken reference a theft which occurred in the 2200 Blk. of Main St. The suspects are unknown. 

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On 10/03/2019 (Thursday) at approximately 1358 hours Officers responded to the 200 block of East Rogers Road on an outside agency assist. 

Officers transported an adult female to a local hospital. 

PROTECTION ORDER

On Thursday, October 3, 2019, Longmont Police Officers arrested a 33 year old male for a Protection Order Violation from the 900 block of Kimbark St. 

MENACING

On 10/03/2019 the Longmont Police responded to the 200 block of Ken Pratt Blvd., reference an alleged menacing with a deadly weapon. 

Officers were able to contact the involved parties, none of whom where injured, and determined there was insufficient evidence to support the filing of criminal charges in this matter. This case will be closed. 

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On 10-3-2019 Officers of the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1000 block of 19th Ave on a report of an injury crash involving a scooter and a vehicle. An adult male was cited for ridding a scooter in a careless manner. The case is closed. 

WARRANT ARREST

On Thursday, October 3, 2019, Longmont Police Officers arrested a 59 year old female for an outstanding warrant at the 100 block of S Main St.
