CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

A Longmont, CO resident in the 700 block of Rees Ct. reported an incident of vandalism to his vehicle. There are no investigative leads. 

ATTEMPT TO LOCATE

On 10/21/2019 Longmont Police responded to the 1000 block of Kimbark St. in reference to an adult male whose probation status was being revoked by the courts. The male was taken into custody and later transported to the Boulder County Jail. Case closed, cleared by arrest. 

WARRANT ARREST

On 102119, officers responded to an address in the 2700 block of Copper Peak Ln on an attempt to locate. A juvenile male was arrested on an outstanding warrant. Case is cleared by arrest. 

ASSAULT

On 10/21/2019 Longmont Police took a report of an assault that occurred to an adult male on 10/18/2019 at a business in the 700 block of S. Sherman St. Police collected the available information and the case is open. 

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 102119, officers responded to a domestic incident in the 2500 block of Sunset Dr. A report was taken for informational purposes. 

ROBBERY

On October 21, 2019 Longmont Police investigated an armed robbery that occurred in the 1700 block of Main Street. An unknown male entered the passenger side of a car after asking for money in a parking lot and demanded the adult male victim's wallet at gunpoint. The victim was struck by the gun, then both parties left the area before police were contacted. The suspect is unknown and the case is open pending further investigation. 

THEFT

On October 21, 2019, Longmont Police took a theft report in the 2100 block of Meadow Dr. The case is closed. 

TRESPASS

On October 20, 2019 Longmont Police Officers were patrolling in the 2500 block of Main St. They contacted an adult male in the area who they later learned had a active warrant for his arrest. He was taken into custody without incident. Case cleared by arrest. 

SHOPLIFT

On Sunday, October 20, 2019, at approximately 1910 hours, officers were dispatched to a business in the 500 block of South Hover Street on two female shoplifters in custody. 

Approximately two hours after being released on a theft charge the females contacted the police department to report that they had provided false information to officers during the shoplifting investigation. 

Additional charges were added and the females were released from the station. The case is cleared by arrest. 

DISTURBANCE

On 10/21/2019, at approximately 0229 hours, officers were dispatched to the 800 block of Summer Hawk Dr, City of Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado, in reference to a family disturbance in progress. 

ANIMAL COMPLAINT

A Longmont woman was bitten by the family cat in the 2800 block of Mountain View Avenue. The cat was placed on home quarantine. 

THEFT

A Longmont resident reported theft in the 1700 block of Venice Lane. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time. 

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On Monday, 10/21/2019, Longmont Police responded to the 300 block of Terry St. in reference to a located stolen vehicle from another jurisdiction. Vehicle was processed and released to the registered owner. 

FOLLOW UP

On Monday, October 21, 2019, Longmont Police recovered a stolen vehicle from out of Loveland. Vehicle was impounded. 

SHOPLIFT

On Monday, October 21, 2019 Longmont Police were dispatched to the 2500 blk of Main St on a shoplift. An adult male was located and issued a summons for theft. Cleared by arrest. 

CHILD

On Monday, October 21, 2019 at approximately 1729 hours, Longmont Police Officers responded to an assault that occurred in the 300 block of Quail Rd.
