CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

A report was taken for an incident of vandalism to a vehicle while it was parked in the 2200 block of East Ken Pratt Boulevard. The case status is closed due to a lack of suspect information.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

A Longmont resident in the 600 block of Brookside Drive reported items were stolen from her unlocked vehicle. The case status is closed due to a lack of suspect information.

AUTO THEFT

A Boulder resident reported her vehicle stolen from the 1200 block of Gay Street. The vehicle has been recovered. This case is closed.

FRAUD

On May 6, 2019, a fraud report was received from the 1200 block of South Hover Street. An adult male reported a fraudulent prescription was discovered at their store. This case is open.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On 5/7/19, the Longmont Police Department located a vehicle stolen out of Lafayette in the 2500 block of Main Street. The vehicle, belonging to an adult female, was left parked and unoccupied. This case is open and under investigation.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On Tuesday, May 7, 2019, officers responded to the report of a stolen vehicle on the 1300 block of South Coffman Street. An investigation was made and the case was closed.

SEX ASSAULT

The Longmont Police Department and Housing & Human Services, (HHS), conducted a joint investigation on sexual abuse allegations in central Longmont. This case is open

THEFT

On May 7, 2019, a theft report was received from the 300 block of Main Street. An adult male reported merchandise was stolen from his business. This case is open.

TRESPASS

On May 2, 2019, the Longmont Police Department took a report of a female employee who has been placed on administrative leave but continues to come into the business in several Longmont locations. This case is closed.

WARRANT ARREST

On 5/6/19, at 1249 hours, a Longmont police officer was assigned a warrant arrest in the lobby of the Longmont Police Department. An adult male was taken into custody. The adult male was booked on the warrant and was later transported to the Boulder County Jail. This case was cleared by arrest.

CHILD

On 5/7/19 at approximately 1330 hours, Longmont police investigated a child abuse call for service in the 600 block of East Mountain View Avenue. After a thorough investigation, a detailed report was taken and the child abuse allegations were determined not to be criminal. This case is closed.

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont woman was bitten by a dog trying to break up a dog fight. The owner was located and the dog was quarantined at home.

AUTO THEFT

On 5/6/19 at approximately 2210 hours, officers responded to the 700 block of Brookside Drive in reference to a stolen motor vehicle. This case is open.

ATTEMPT TO LOCATE

On Tuesday, May 7, 2019, the Longmont Police Department began investigating an adult male for failure to register as a sex offender. The case remains open pending additional follow-up.

WARRANT ARREST

An adult male was arrested on an outstanding CICJIS court warrant at Mountain View Avenue and Gay Street. This case was cleared by arrest.

HARASSMENT

The Longmont Police Department investigated a harassment complaint that occurred in northeast Longmont. This case is closed.

HARASSMENT

On May 7, 2019 at approximately 1430 hours, the Longmont Police Department took a report of a female that was harassed by an adult male in the grocery store located in the 1600 block of Pace Street. This case is still open.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Tuesday, May 7, 2019, Longmont officers responded to the 900 block of Atwood Street on a call of criminal mischief. With no further suspect information, this case was closed.

RECOVERED VEHICLE

On Tuesday, May 7, 2019, a male came into the police department. He believed he purchased a stolen trailer. It was a confirmed steal. The trailer was recovered and returned to the owner. This case is closed.

INFORMATION

On 5/7/19, an adult female called to report a civil issue in the 900 block of Bragg Place. This case is closed.

AUTO THEFT

On Tuesday, May 7, 2019, officers responded on an auto theft to the 2500 block of Main Street. A report was taken and the case was closed due to insufficient suspect leads.

WARRANT ARREST

On May 7, 2019 at approximately 2002 hours, officers of the Longmont Police Department conducted a traffic stop in the 1700 block of Spencer Street. An adult male was arrested on an outstanding warrant. This case was cleared by arrest.
