CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

An employee of a Longmont business reported criminal mischief in the 700 block of Sandpointe Drive. This case was closed due to a lack of suspect information.

TRESPASS

On Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at approximately 2250 hours, Longmont police responded to the lobby of the Longmont Safety and Justice Center in reference to an adult male causing a disturbance. The adult male refused to leave and was ultimately arrested. This case was cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 5/02/19, Longmont police responded to the 1500 block of 24th Avenue on a report of an intrusion alarm. Upon arrival, officers contacted an adult male who stated his girlfriend had just come after him with a knife and had since left the residence. This report is open pending an investigation.

THEFT

On May 2, 2019, a theft report was received from the 200 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard. An adult female reported several item of merchandise were stolen from her business. This case is closed.

MISSING PERSON

On Thursday, 5/2/19 at 1014 hours, a Longmont Police officer took a report of a runaway seventeen year-old juvenile in the 2700 block of East Ken Pratt Boulevard. This case is closed with no active leads.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Thursday, 5/2/19, officers took a report of a protection order violation in the 600 block of East Mountain View Avenue. The case is under investigation.

WARRANT ARREST

Longmont police responded to 2000 Main Street on a report of a trespasser. After further investigation, an adult male was arrested and transported to Boulder County Jail.

FRAUD

On Thursday, 5/2/19, a report was taken in reference to a forgery and theft which occurred in the 300 block of Quail Road. This case is under investigation.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On Thursday, 5/02/19, Longmont police investigated a suspicious situation that occured in the 2700 block of Copper Peak Lane. Upon further investigation, there was no probable cause that any criminal activity occurred and this report is for information only. This case is closed.

ASSAULT

On 5/2/19 at approximately 1400 hours, Longmont police responded to an address in the 800 block of Delaware Avenue in reference a to disturbance. During a thorough investigation, one adult male was arrested for assault related charges without incident. This case was cleared by arrest.

DEATH

On 5/1/19, Longmont police responded to the 600 block of Terry Street in reference to a death investigation. This case was referred to the Boulder County Coroner's Office.

OVERDOSE

On 5/1/19, Longmont police responded to the 1200 block of Hunter Court in reference to a drug overdose. An adult male was treated and transported to LUH.

PROTECTION ORDER

On 5/1/19, officers responded to the 1800 block of Lincoln Street in reference to a protection order violation. After investigation, it was found an adult male was in violation of the protection order and he was arrested. This case was cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Thursday, May 2, 2019 at around 0035 hours, Longmont police investigated a domestic violence incident in the 700 block of Darby Court. The investigation is closed due to a lack of evidence.

AUTO THEFT

A Longmont resident in the 400 block of Lashley Street reported his motorcycle stolen. The case status is closed due to a lack of suspect information.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

A Longmont resident reported first-degree criminal trespass and theft in the 1100 block of Woodside Drive. This case is closed due to a lack of suspect information.

WARRANT ARREST

On 5/2/19 at 1257 hours. a Longmont police officer was assigned a warrant arrest in the Longmont Municipal Court. An adult male with an active warrant was contacted and taken into custody. The adult male posted bond and was released. This case was cleared by arrest.

SUICIDE ATTEMPT

On May 2, 2019, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 900 block of Sumac Street on a suicidal party. A Longmont resident was taken by ambulance to a local hospital and placed on a 72-hour mental health hold. This case is closed.

VICIOUS DOG

On Thursday, 5/2/19, a woman was attacked by a dog while riding her bike. The owner/caretaker was issued a summons and the dog was quarantined at the Longmont Humane Society.

WARRANT ARREST

On 5/2/19, an adult female was arrested on three outstanding warrants in the 1000 block of Kimbark Street. This case is closed.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT

A woman was bitten by a cat she was trying to load into a carrier.

HARASSMENT

On 5/2/19, an adult female reported that her neighbor was harassing her in the 2400 block of 17th Avenue. This case is closed.
