DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Friday, June 8, 2019 at around 2150 hours, Longmont police investigated a domestic violence incident in the 1300 block of Dry Creek Drive. An adult female was arrested and the case is cleared by arrest.

BURGLARY

On June 7, 2019, officers responded to the 1400 block of Clover Creek Drive on a report of a burglary. This case will be open for further investigation.

FOUND PROPERTY

On 6/8/19, officers responded to the 1300 block of South Collyer Street on the report of found property. The property was collected and booked into property and evidence for safekeeping.

SHOPLIFT

On 6/7/19, officers responded to the 2200 block of East Ken Pratt Boulevard on the report of shoplifting. An adult female was contacted and a summons was issued.

WARRANT ARREST

On Friday, June 7, 2019 at about 1926 hours, Longmont police were dispatched to the area of 9th Avenue and Gay Street on a report of an adult female dancing in the street. Upon arrival officers arrested the female on an active Boulder County Warrant for failure to comply. The female was transported to the Boulder County Jail and held on a $5,000.00 bond. This case was cleared by arrest.

CHILD

On Friday June 7, 2019 at approximately 2243 hours, officers responded to a report of child abuse in the 3500 Block of Larkspur Court. After investigation, the case is unfounded.

VICIOUS DOG

On Friday, June 7, 2019 at about 2335 hours, Longmont police took a report of a dog bite that occurred in the 3200 block of Lake Park Way. An adult female was bitten while checking on her friend's dog.

MEDICAL LONGMONT PD LAW

On June 7, 2019, officers responded to the 1400 block of Mount Evans Drive on a report of a medical assist. An adult female was transported to the Longmont United Hospital and placed on a mental health hold.

CURFEW/JUVI PROBLEM

On Saturday, 6/8/19 at approximately 0003 hours, police conducted an extra patrol in the 900 block Longs Peak Avenue. An adult male and adult female were issued a summons for a Parks Ordinance violation. This case was cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Saturday, June 8, 2019 at approximately 0040 hours, officers responded to the 3700 block of Findlay Lane on a report of a domestic disturbance. Both parties involved were contacted, and no charges are filed.

WELFARE CHECK

On Saturday, June 8, 2019, officers were dispatched by phone to the 700 block of Longs Peak Avenue in response to a welfare check. An investigation was conducted and the case is open.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Saturday, June 8 2019, Longmont police responded to the 1400 block of South Collyer Street in reference to a report of a disturbance. A 20 year-old male was arrested for domestic violence related charges. This case was cleared by arrest.

DISTURBANCE

On Saturday, June 8, 2019 at approximately 0238 hours, officers responded to disturbance in the 300 block of Main Street. One adult male was issued a summons, and one adult male was arrested.

THEFT

A Longmont resident reported theft in the 600 block of South Peck Drive. This case is open.

MENACING

On 6/8/19, Longmont police responded to the 400 block of Lashley Street in reference to a menacing incident that had just occurred. Police collected the available information, and one subject was cited without incident. The subject was cooperative and released on scene. This case was cleared by arrest.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

A Longmont resident reported first-degree criminal trespass and criminal mischief in the 1700 block of 21st Avenue. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

FRAUD

On 6/8/19 around 1600 hours, officers were dispatched to the 2500 block of Main Street to investigate a forged/counterfeit article of currency. There is an ongoing investigation.

THEFT

A Longmont resident reported theft in the 2800 block of 15th Avenue. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

WELFARE CHECK

On 6/8/19, Longmont police responded to the 1700 block of East Ken Pratt Boulevard in an attempt to locate a runaway juvenile. The juvenile was located and ultimately placed on a mental health hold without incident. The juvenile was placed at an area hospital for evaluation, and police cleared from the call.

WEAPON

On June 8, 2019 at approximately 1415 hours, Longmont police responded to the 2400 block of Main Street in reference to a male waving a gun around in the hallway. An adult male was contacted and placed on a mental health hold.

DISTURBANCE

On Saturday, June 8, 2019, Longmont police responded to the 1500 block of Main Street on a disturbance. An adult female was contacted. She provided a fake name. When her real identity was discovered, it turned out she had a warrant. This case was cleared by arrest.

HIT-AND-RUN ACCIDENT

On Saturday, June 8, 2019, officers responded to a hit-and-run accident in the 500 block of Martin Street. This case is open.

WARRANT ARREST

On Saturday, June 8, 2019 at approximately 1636 hours, Longmont police officers responded to the 300 block of National Place for a domestic disturbance. A 22 year-old male, and a 19 year-old female were contacted. The male was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

DUI

On 6/8/19, officers were called to East 9th Avenue and Fox Hill Drive on a report of a vehicle in the roadway and the driver dancing in the road. After investigation, the driver was arrested for resisting arrest, obstruction, traffic charges and driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. This case was cleared by arrest.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Sunday, June 9, 2019, officers responded to the 1600 block of Main Street on a report of a protection order violation. An adult male was found to be in violation of his protection order against an adult female. The adult male was arrested and the case is cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 6/9/19, Longmont officers responded to the 2500 block of Sunset Drive on a suspicious situation. One adult female was arrested for domestic violence charges. This case was cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 6/9/19, Longmont officers responded to the 1300 block of Sumner Street on a domestic incident. This involved two adult males. One adult male was arrested. This case was cleared by arrest.

SEX ASSAULT

On 6/9/19, officers responded to a trespass in the 1300 block of Collyer Street involving an adult female.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On 6/9/19 around 1430 hours, officers responded via phone to a call of a criminal mischief just occured. An investigation was conducted and a report was created.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 6/9/19 around 1700 hours, officers responded to the 2300 block of Main Street related to a physical domestic in progress. After an investigation on scene and arrest was made.

HARASSMENT

On 6/8/19 at approximately 1714 hours, officers responded to the 700 block of Boston Avenue  in reference to a possible menacing.

BURGLARY

On Saturday, June 8, 2019 at approximately 2102 hours, officers of the Longmont Police Department responded to 2200 block of Winding Drive for a burglary in progress. There was forced entry into the residence. Officers cleared the residence and an investigation was conducted.

DUI

On Saturday, June 8 2019, Longmont police conducted a traffic stop near Ute Highway and Francis Street. A 31 year-old male was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. This case was cleared by arrest.

BURGLARY

On Sunday, June 9, 2019 at approximately 0826 hours, an officer took a report of a cold burglary which occurred in the 2900 block of Breakwater Drive.

FRAUD

On June 9, 2019, Longmont police responded to a business in the 800 block of East 17th Avenue. An adult female and adult male attempted to use a fake $50 bill to purchase goods. The suspects have not been identified.

DRUG VIOLATION

On June 9, 2019, Longmont police officers responded to the 1700 block of Duchess Drive in  reference to a possible hostage incident. Through the investigation, an adult male was contacted who later found to be in possession of methamphetamine. He also had a protection order. He was taken into custody without incident.

BURGLARY

On Sunday, Police responded to the 700 block of Bittersweet Lane in reference to an open window located at their residence.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Sunday, June 9, 2019, Longmont police took a phone report of a possible restraining order violation in the 2200 block of Main Street. No evidence was found of a violation. This case was exceptionally cleared.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Sunday, June 9, 2019, Longmont officers responded to the 1500 block of Gifford Drive on a call of a disturbance. An investigation found there to be charges for third-degree assault and domestic violence. One adult male was taken into custody and later transported to the Boulder County Jail.
