200001207 DUI 1710 On Sunday, 02/09/2020 Longmont Police Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of 9th Ave and Pace St. An adult male was contacted and was later arrested for DUI. Cleared by arrest.

2/9/2020 200001212 DOMESTIC INCIDENT 1801 On 02/09/2020, Longmont Police responded to the 2500 block of Main St. referencing a physical domestic disturbance in progress. Police collected the available information, and one subject was arrested without incident. The case is cleared by arrest. 

2/9/2020 200001213 FRAUD 1411 On 02/09/2020 Longmont Police took a call reference a party, who lives in the 1800 block of Antero Dr. in the City of Longmont, County of Boulder, and State of Colorado, who reported an unknown party had falsely filled out a government document with their information. Police collected the available information and the case is open.

2/9/2020 200001220 PROTECTION ORDER 1602 On, February 9, 2020, at approximately 1600 hours, Officers of the Longmont Police Department conducted an attempt to locate in the 600 block of Lashley St. An adult male was arrested on protection order violation and multiple warrants. Case cleared by arrest. 

2/9/2020 200001221 SUSPICIOUS SITUATION 1813 On 02/09/2020, Longmont officers responded to Longs Peak Hopsital for an adult female that was possibly drugged. 

2/6/2020 200009941 200001155 HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT 1310 On February 6, 2020, Longmont Police responded to the area of S Main St and Ken Pratt Blvd on a hit and run crash. This case is open. 

2/8/2020 200010362 200001186 SHOPLIFT 0711 On Saturday, 02-09-2020, Longmont Police took a report of a shoplift that occured at a business in the 2500 blk of Main St. 

2/8/2020 200010370 200001190 FRAUD 1411 On 02/08/2020 Longmont Police took a call reference possible fraudulent activity on a party’s bank account, who lives in the 700 block of Timothy Dr. in the City of Longmont, County of Boulder, and State of Colorado. Police collected the available information and the case is open. 

2/8/2020 200010434 200001195 WARRANT ARREST 1810 On February 8th, 2020, officers contacted a man in the 1100 block of Hover Street on a report of a shoplifting. The man was arrested for theft and multiple warrants. The case is cleared by arrest. 

2/8/2020 200010440 200001196 VICIOUS DOG 10C18 A Longmont male was bit by an on leash dog in a dog park. The dog was not located to be placed on quarantine.

2/8/2020 200010531 200001206 MENACING 1602 On, Saturday, February 8th, 2020, at approximately 2328 hours, Officers of the Longmont Police Department were dispatched to the 1300 block of Coffman St for a felony menacing. An investigation was conducted and multiple people were interviewed. Case is open. 

2/8/2020 200010533 200001205 WARRANT ARREST 1905 On February 8, 2020 Officer responded to the 1300 block of Coffman St on report of a menacing. An adult male was taken into custody on warrants. 

2/9/2020 200010537 200001208 DISTURBANCE 1806 On Sunday, February 9th, 2020, at around 0122 hours Longmont Police investigated a domestic incident in the 400 block of Emery St. There was insufficient evidence to make an arrest at this time. 

2/9/2020 200010543 200001209 DOMESTIC INCIDENT 1907 On 02/09/2020 Longmont Police Officers reponded to the 600 block of Martin on a possible domestic incident. An adult female and adult male were contacted. Officers were unable to develop probable cause for any charges. 

1/30/2020 010745 200001236 PROTECTION ORDER 1601 On 01/30/2020 Longmont Police Officers investigated a protection order violation. This case is open pending an arrest warrant. 

2/9/2020 20000010580 200001228 FDC/CRIM TRESPASS 1906 On Monday, February 10, 2020, Longmont CSOs handled a report of an attempted criminal trespass of a vehicle that occurred over the weekend located at the 2100 block of Sicily Circle. A male suspect was caught on video checking the door of the vehicle, but was unable to get inside and walked away. 

2/9/2020 20000010594 200001227 FDC/CRIM TRESPASS 04C06 A Longmont, CO resident in the 5700 block of Blue Mountain Circle reprted a theft from his unlocked vehicle. There are no investigative leads. 

2/10/2020 20000010713 200001232 FDC/CRIM TRESPASS 26C18 A Longmont resident reported first degree criminal trespass and theft in the 1000 block of Redbud Circle. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time. 

2/10/2020 20000010736 200001235 FDC/CRIM TRESPASS 1906 On Monday, February 10, 2020, Longmont CSOs handled a report of criminal trespass of a vehicle located at the 2500 block of Sunset Drive. Several items were stolen. No suspect(s) leads at this time. 

2/10/2020 20000010742 200001238 SHOPLIFT 26C18 An employee of a Longmont business reported theft in the 1600 block of Pace Street. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time. 

2/10/2020 20000010766 200001247 FDC/CRIM TRESPASS 26C18 A Boulder resident reported theft in the 1200 block of South Hover Street. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

2/9/2020 200001223 PROTECTION ORDER 1905 On Sunday, February 9, 2020 Officers responded to the 200 block of Saint Clair Ave on report of a verbal domestic. An adult female was contacted and taken into custody on a protection order violation. 

2/9/2020 200001224 BURGLARY 1904 On 02/09/2020, at approximately 2336 hours, officers responded to the 000 block of 19th Ave, City of Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado, in an attempt to contact a party with known exsiting warrants.

2/10/2020 200001231 DOMESTIC INCIDENT 1401 On Monday, February 10th, 2020 at about 0734 hours an Officer from the Longmont Police Department received information about a domestic violence related incident that occurred over the weekend in the 4100 block of Da Vinci in the City of Longmont, County of Boulder and State of Colorado.

2/10/2020 200001240 DISTURBANCE 1802 On February 10, 2020, Longmont Police responded to the 700 block of South Main St reference a disturbance. It was reported that two adult males had been in an altercation in the area. After speaking to all parties involved it was determined that probable cause did not exsist to charge either party with a crime. 

2/10/2020 200001242 DISTURBANCE 1411 On 02/10/2020 Longmont Police took a report of a disturbance between two adult males that occurred at a business in the 200 block of Collyer St. Police took the available information and the case is open.

2/10/2020 200001244 VICIOUS DOG 05C15 A Longmont juvenile was bitten by the family dog. The dog was relinquished to the humane society.

2/10/2020 200001262 MENACING 1812 On Monday, February 10, 2020, a Longmont Police Officer took a report of a disturbance, which occurred on February 6, 2020, at the location of 600 block of Peck Dr. No charges have been pressed at this time. 

2/10/2020 200001263 FDC/CRIM TRESPASS 1808 On Monday February 10, 2020 Longmont officers responded to the 1900 block of Mountain View Ave on a vehicle break in. There is no known suspect information at this time. 

2/7/2020 200010158 200001174 FRAUD 0003 On 020720 officers took a report of a check fraud in the 600 block of E. Mountain View Ave. The case is under investigation.

2/10/2020 200001251 FRAUD 04C08 On 2/10/2020, the Detective Division was notified of a pawn involving stolen property that occurred in the 100 block of E. 9th Ave. A possible suspect has been identified and the case is under investigation. 

2/10/2020 200001270 ANIMAL COMPLAINT 05C15 A Longmont resident recorded a neighbors dog barking. 

2/11/2020 SEX ASSAULT 8503 Police were notified of a possible sexual assault while investigating another case with the victim coming forward. This case occured about a week ago and is under investigation.

2/11/2020 200010973 200001268 FOLLOW UP 04C11 On Tuesday, February 11, 2020, the Longmont Police Department began investigating an adult male for failure to register as a sex offender. The case remains open pending additional follow-up.

2/11/2020 200011054 200001277 OTHER AGENCY ASSIST 1308 On 2/11/20, officers responded to the 100 block of Francis St on an assist for Boulder County Sheriff on a possible unattended death investigation. An adult male was located deceased. Boulder County Sheriff is conducting the investigation. 

2/11/2020 200011081 200001282 VICIOUS DOG 0295 A woman was bitten by a dog while visiting friends. The dog will be quarantined at its home. 

2/11/2020 200011157 200001284 AUTO THEFT 1809 On February 11, 2020 around 1845 hrs, Longmont Officers responded to the 200 block of Terry St. on report of a stolen vehicle. A report was taken.

From time to time, the Longmont Observer modifies the police notes if an exact address or a person’s name is included. Additionally, some spelling mistakes are also corrected. According to Longmont Public Safety, the CAD Call Type (e.g. ARSON, WARRANT ARREST) is entered into the computer based on the limited information dispatch receives from a caller. The CAD Call Type can be changed by an officer once more information is learned about the incident. Regardless of the CAD Call Type the type of case investigated may remain the same or be changed and the case can be closed with one of several dispositions.
