2/12/2020 200001295 FRAUD 0101 On Wednesday 02/12/2020 at 1103 hours a Longmont Police Officer investigated a forgery and felony eluding which took place in the 300 block of Ken Pratt Blvd in the city of Longmont. This case is open. 

2/10/2020 WELFARE CHECK 2002 On 02/10/2020, Longmont Police responded to the 1600 block of Hover St in reference to an adult female needing assitance. The subject was taken into protective custody and placed on an M1 hold. 

2/11/2020 200011051 200001276 SHOPLIFT 2001 On Tuesday, 02/11/20, Officers responded to 551 S Hover, at Target, for the report of a shoplifter. Case was cleared by arrest, summons issued. 

2/11/2020 200011212 200001286 WARRANT ARREST 1904 On 02/11/2020, at approximately 2330 hours, officers attempted to locate a party with known outstanding warrants in the 1300 block of Torreys Peak Dr, City of Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado. 

2/12/2020 200011237 200001287 MEDICAL ASSIST 1603 On February 12, 2020 Longmont Police Responded to the 1100 Blk of Francis St on an adult male over dosing. Narcan and chest compressions were done and the party was transported to the hospital. 

2/12/2020 200011266 200001289 VICIOUS DOG 0698 A Longmont woman was bitten by her dog while visiting a friend. The dog was placed on home quarantine.

2/12/2020 200011414 200001306 ASSAULT 1506 On 021220, officers responded to the 300 block of National Pl reference a welfare check involving a juvenile male. 

2/12/2020 DEATH 1911 On Wednesday, February 12th, 2020, Longmont Police responded to report of a possible death in the 1000 block of Main St. An adult male was found deceased inside a residence. This case is under investigation. 

The Longmont Observer receives a police report from Longmont Public Safety every morning and we publish the police notes in full. From time to time, the Longmont Observer modifies the police notes if an exact address or a person’s name is included. Additionally, some spelling mistakes are also corrected. According to Longmont Public Safety, the CAD Call Type (e.g. ARSON, WARRANT ARREST) is entered into the computer based on the limited information dispatch receives from a caller. The CAD Call Type can be changed by an officer once more information is learned about the incident. Regardless of the CAD Call Type the type of case investigated may remain the same or be changed and the case can be closed with one of several dispositions.
