CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

An employee of a Longmont business located in the 1000 block of Sugar Mill Road reported damage to a building. The case status is closed due to a lack of suspect information.

SEX ASSAULT

On April 3, 2019 at about 2143 hours, Longmont police took a report of a sexual assault in the 3600 block of Mountain View Avenue. This case is open.

WARRANT ARREST

On Thursday 4/4/19 at 0957 hours, Longmont police officers took a 79 year-old man into custody in the 300 block of Eagle Court for active warrants out of Boulder and Weld Counties. This case was cleared by arrest.

THEFT

An employee of a Longmont business located in the 800 block of South Hover Street reported a theft of merchandise by another employee. The case status is open.

THEFT

On 4/3/19, an unknown suspect stole a package from in front of an apartment in the 3200 block of Lake Park Way. This case is closed.

DUI

On Wednesday, 4/3/19, Longmont police officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of 11th Avenue and Main Street. An adult male was contacted and was later arrested for DUI. This case is closed and cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On April 4, 2019 at about 0017 hours, Longmont police were dispatched to the 2900 block of Bow Line Place on a report of a domestic disturbance between an adult male and an adult female. Upon arrival, officers arrested an adult male for harassment and domestic violence. The male was transported to the Boulder County Jail. This case was cleared by arrest.

THEFT

A Longmont resident reported theft in the 1000 block of 16th Avenue. This case is closed due to a lack of suspect information.

BURGLARY

On 4/4/19, Longmont officers responded to the 000 block of East 6th Avenue on a report of a burglary. This incident involved one adult male and two juvenile males. This case was closed due to a lack of investigative leads.

WARRANT ARREST

On April 4, 2019, officers responded to the 1000 block of Main Street on a report of a disturbance. One adult male and one adult female were contacted. The male was arrested for a prior outstanding arrest warrant. This case was cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 4/4/19, officers responded to the 1500 block of Atwood Street on a report of a domestic incident in progress. After investigation, an adult male was arrested on domestic violence related charges. This case was cleared by arrest.
