AUTO THEFT

A Longmont resident in the 800 block of Summer Hawk Drive reported his vehicle stolen. The case status is closed due to a lack of suspect information.

AUTO THEFT

On Thursday 4/18/19 at approximately 0618 hours, police responded to the 100 block St. Clair Avenue in relation to an auto theft. The case will be closed due to a lack of suspect information.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT

On 4/18/19, Longmont officers took a report of a theft at the 4000 block of Redmond Drive. This case is open pending further investigation.

WARRANT ARREST

On April 18, 2019 at approximately 1845 hours, the Longmont Police Department contacted two females during a theft investigation in the 1900 block of Collyer Street. One of the females had warrants and was taken into custody. This case is closed.

FOLLOW UP

On Monday, 4/15/19 at approximately 1510 hours, officers were dispatched to the 1900 block of Main Street on the report of an intoxicated male. Officers contacted a male who requested to go to the hospital for medical reasons. After the male was medically treated he was transported to a local detox facility. This case is closed.

THEFT

The Longmont Police Department investigated a theft at 3200 Lake Park Way. This case is open.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On 4/17/19, Longmont officers responded to the 400 block of 3rd Avenue on a report of a theft. This case involved one adult female. This case is closed.

CHILD

On Wednesday 4/17/19 at about 5:00 PM, officers from the Longmont Police Department learned of a potential child abuse in the 600 block of East Mountain View Avenue. This case was found to be unfounded/unsubstantiated.

DUI

On Wednesday, April 17, 2019, Longmont police responded to a disturbance in the 2400 block of Airport Road. An adult female was found to be driving intoxicated. She was taken into custody on suspicion of DUI. She was transported to the Boulder County Jail. This case was cleared by arrest.

CHILD

On Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at about 2250 hours, Longmont police were dispatched to the 1900 block of Mountain View Avenue on a report of child abuse/neglect. Upon arrival officers contacted the people involved and will forward the case to the Boulder County Department of Human, and Housing Services. This case is closed.

ARSON

On April 18, 2019, Longmont police and fire responded to a fire in Lanyon Park. A shopping cart filled with various personal property was found burning on a sidewalk in the park. The cause of the fire is unknown and there are no known suspects at this time. This case is closed.

SHOPLIFT

The employee of a Longmont business reported theft in the 200 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard. This case was closed due to a lack of viable suspect information.

WARRANT ARREST

On 4/18/19 at 1226 hours, a Longmont police officer was assigned a warrant arrest in the lobby of the police department. A juvenile male was taken into custody on two active warrants and transported to the Boulder County Juvenile Detention Facility. This case was cleared by arrest.

SHOPLIFT

An employee of a Longmont business reported theft in the 2500 block of Main Street. This case was closed due to a lack of viable suspect information.

LOST PROPERTY

A Longmont resident reported the loss of property in the area of East 9th Avenue and Lashley Street. This case is closed.

WARRANT ARREST

On Thursday, April 18, 2019, officers responded to the 1300 block of Martin Street on an attempt to locate an individual with a warrant. A juvenile male was arrested on a warrant and the case is cleared by arrest.

WARRANT ARREST

On 4/18/19 at 1556 hours. Longmont police officers were assigned a warrant arrest in the Longmont Municipal Court.

DEATH

On Thursday, April 18, 2019, Longmont police officers assisted Longmont Fire Department with a Medical Assist. A 98 year-old female was pronounced deceased on scene, located at the 2100 block of 21st Avenue. This case is closed.
