The table below provides information regarding the currently funded human service agencies. The Agency Description is a brief explanation of the services provided, agencies may provide additional services/programs not included in the table.

 Association for Community Living  $5,000  Provides advocacy for children and their families and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
 Attention Homes  $10,000  To provide street outreach, a day drop-in center, and overnight shelter services to run away and homeless youth.
 Boulder County AIDS  $10,000  To improve the overall quality of life for clients infected with HIV by decreasing unmet needs for medical care, health insurance, income assistance, shelter, and support services.
Boulder County - GENESISTER Program  $10,000  To reduce births among the siblings of teen parents while supporting them in completing high school.
 Boulder Shelter for the Homeless  $55,000  Provides temporary shelter, food, and support services for homeless adults.
 Boulder Valley Women's Health  $15,000  Provides comprehensive family planning and gynecological health care services.
 Bridge to Justice $5,000  Provides legal services to low and moderate income individuals in the areas of family law, landlord-tenant, Chapter 7 bankruptcy, consumer protection, and estate planning.
 CareConnect $7,000  Provides a variety of volunteer opportunities to senior citizens to assist them in remaining self-sufficient and independent while promoting their physical and emotional well-being.  CareConnect also provides safety net services to older people that can help prevent premature institutionalization.
 Center for People With Disabilities  $5,982  Provides information, resources and advocacy to assist people with disabilities in overcoming barriers to independent living.
 Child and Family Advocacy/Blue Sky Bridge  $10,000  Provides intervention, education, and family support services to victims of child abuse, and their families.
 Children First of the Rockies  $10,000  Provides safe-exchange services to foster parent-child relationships in a safe and supportive environment.
 Colorado Legal Services  $20,000  Provides legal services to low income people.
 Community Action Program - Circles  $10,000  Provides support for the City of Longmont/RISE program through the Circles program. Focuses on empowering low-income families to move toward self-sufficiency and decrease need for public benefits.
 Community Food Share  $35,000  Provides food to partner agencies as well as direct distribution initiatives.
 Dental Aid  $20,000  Provides low income county residents with dental care at approximately one-half the price of private dentists.
 El Comité  $18,000  Provides programs and services to improve the social, economic and educational status of Longmont 's Latino residents.
 Emergency Family Assistance Association  $16,000  Provides food and shelter, and other basic necessities to families, seniors, and people with disabilities living in Boulder and Broomfield counties.
 Foothills United Way - PIE Program  $15,000  Provides matching savings accounts to help low-income residents acquire assets such as purchase of a home, start a business, or education.
 Growing Gardens $5,000  Provides programs to develop skills to increase local food production and food security, to build personal capacity among our citizens, and strengthen the health of the community.
 HOPE  $35,000  Provides life-sustaining support to homeless individuals, who are at-risk from living on the streets of Longmont; provides oversight of warming center operations during the winter months.
 Hopelight Medical Clinic $25,000  Provides medical and behavioral services to low-income, medicaid, and medicare patients.
 I Have A Dream Foundation  $25,000  Focuses on academic development programs for low-income children residing in neighborhoods where school dropout rates are high. Goal is to ensure that children are encouraged and supported during their critical school years.
 Immigrant Legal Center  $11,000  To provide affordable legal assistance for Longmont residents relating to immigration matters not handled by either Boulder County Legal Services or the Public Defender’s Office.
 Inn Between  $35,000  Provides time-limited housing and support services for Longmont's diverse homeless population, so that they may acquire stability in their lives, as well as increased skill and/or income level. Services are provided through Inn Between and participating agency staff; these services include: housing, employment assistance, educational services, food co-op, counseling, independent living and life skills classes, parenting classes, and linkages to numerous other resources.
 Intercambio de Comunidades  $15,000  To increase opportunities and independence for Latino immigrants and build a richer, more integrated community by reducing language and cultural barriers.
 Longmont Housing Authority $20,000  Administers Housing Choice Vouchers and manages affordable rental properties.  Develops affordable housing with Longmont Housing Development Corp., it leads in supportive housing and programs.
 Longmont Meals on Wheels  $39,500  Provides hot, home-delivered meals Monday through Friday to older people or those convalescing. Meals on Wheels also serves a hot noon meal at the Senior Center.
 Mental Health Partners  $115,000  Provides outpatient therapy for children, adolescents, adults and families; home-based services for families with infants at risk of abuse or neglect and for emotionally disturbed elderly persons; services for adults with severe mental illnesses, including supported housing; day treatment and residential services for severely disturbed children and adolescents; rape crisis and emergency psychiatric services.
 OUR Center - Aspen Center for Child Development  $30,000  Provides childcare and child development services to low-income families.
 OUR Center - Basic Needs $80,000  Provides emergency and ongoing assistance with food, clothing, minor medical expenses, transportation, and furniture. Case management services are provided to assist with achieving self-sufficiency. The Center provides a hot noon meal daily for those of all ages needing nutrition.
 Safe Shelter of St. Vrain Valley  $100,000  Provides shelter, food, counseling, and follow-up support groups to victims of domestic violence.
 Salud Family Health Centers  $19,500  Provides primary, preventative, and supplemental health care services.
 TLC Learning Center  $30,000  Provides preschool children with disabilities a stimulating, individualized program that enables them to maximize their developmental potential and minimize the long-term effects of their disabilities. The program integrates special needs and typical children.
 Via Mobility Services  $45,000  Provides a variety of transportation and mobility services to residents who have special needs and cannot access public transportation.
 Wild Plum Center  $55,000  Provides educational, health, nutritional, mental health and disability services to low-income children and their families.
 YMCA of Boulder Valley  $25,000  Provides preschool and pre-Kindergarten classes to prepare children for Kindergarten.
