Longmont City Council Leases Airport Hangar Parcel 33A

Longmont City Council unanimously voted to pass ordinance O-2018-03, which leases hangar parcel 33a (H-33A) to Chad Welch. William Nettleblad, the previous tenant, sold the hangar to Chad Welch and a new lease was drafted since there is a new Lessee.

Longmont City Council unanimously voted to pass ordinance O-2018-03, which leases hangar parcel 33a (H-33A) to Chad Welch.

William Nettleblad, the previous tenant, sold the hangar to Chad Welch and a new lease was drafted since there is a new Lessee.

Mr. Welch will lease H-33A for twenty years and will pay an annual sum of $1,602.05.

According to city council communication, "all leases at the Airport are prepared by the City Attorney’s Office and reviewed by the Airport Manager and Risk Manager to ensure the leases comply with all applicable local, state and federal standards."

Nobody spoke for or against the ordinance during the public hearing.
