Longmont City Council Approves Second Appropriation of 2018

On Tuesday night, Longmont City Council unanimously approved ordinance O-2018-07 which appropriates an additional $937,500 to the Public Safety Fund. $575,000 will go towards the LEAD program and $362,500 towards the Co-Responder program.

On Tuesday night, Longmont City Council unanimously approved ordinance O-2018-07 which appropriates an additional $937,500 to the Public Safety Fund.

$575,000 will go towards the LEAD program and $362,500 towards the Co-Responder program. Both are offset by a state grant.

The appropriation brings the 2018 total budget to $321,206,093.

No one spoke for or against the ordinance during the public hearing.
