Longmont City Council Approve Usage of Additional 32 Parking Spaces for City Employees

Longmont City Council unanimously passed ordinance O-2018-18 Tuesday evening which amends a lease agreement between the City of Longmont and the Archdioceses of Denver to use an additional 32 parking spaces on the St. John the Baptist Church parking lot.

Parking spaces will be used by City of Longmont employees during the Civic Center Rehabilitation project, which will close the parking lot under the civic center for approximately 18 months.

The City of Longmont is estimated to pay the Archdioceses $7,360 in 2018 and $9,333 in 2019.
