Longmont City Council Approves Lease of Airport Hangar Parcel H-32

On Tuesday night, Longmont City Council unanimously passed ordinance O-2018-30 which approves a new lease of Vance Brand Airport’s hangar parcel H-32.

The Shook Family Trust (Steve Shook) will become the new lessee after purchasing the hangar from the previous owner, Norman Morse.

According to lease documents, hangar H-32 consists of 3,490 square feet and will be leased for twenty years at a base annual sum of $1,248.02.

No one spoke for or against the ordinance during public invited to be heard.
