On Tuesday night, Longmont City Council unanimously passed ordinance O-2018-11 which approves a new lease of Vance Brand Airport's hangar parcel H-12.
Flying Associates of Longmont, LCC will lease the 13,699 square feet parcel for twenty years starting at an annual sum of $4,898.76. The annual lease payment will increase every year on the anniversary date of the lease.
According to city council communication, "Hangar lease rates are determined by market rate analysis in comparison to other Front Range airports on an annual basis."
No one spoke for or against the ordinance during public invited to be heard.
