The City of Longmont Planning & Development Services Department has released the month-end report for July 2018. A total number of 584 permits were issued:
- 24 residential new single-family detached
- 4 residential new single-family attached (TH)
- 31 residential remodel/addition
- 278 other residential permits
- 7 commercial remodel/addition
- 26 commercial other
- 205 ACA permits (online permits)
- 9 other permits
The Planning & Services Department also permitted 28 new dwelling units.
To date in 2018, 2,696 permits have been issued. At this point last year, 2017 had 2,242 issued permits. To read the entire July 2018 report, please see below:
