Request for a bid waiver for TCARE for online caregiver

Local Public Health Emergency Policy to supplement existing
county policies related to leaves of absence and is intended
to assure continuity of government operations while minimizing
risk to the public and Boulder County staff during a local
public health emergency, including a pandemic illness.

RATIFICATION: Chair Gardner's 03/17/20 signature on a request
from Human Resources to amend the 2020 Budget for one new
county FTE starting FY20. New position would liaise with
hiring managers to conduct equitable hiring processes,
interviews and training. Source General Fund 101.

McLachlan Property Purchase Documents: Purchase Agreement and

Resolution 2020-029, temporarily authorizing certain policy
changes as a result of the declared local disaster emergency
proposing certain revisions to the Boulder County Personnel
& Policy Manual to ensure continuity of Boulder County
government and to protect the health and safety of Boulder
County employees and residents during the declared COVID-19
Pandemic Local Disaster Emergency.
